I.  Irrigation System and Potable Water Supply, Hydro Electric Power System

-    The City  is  traversed   by  5  major  rivers  namely: Jalaur River,    Lamunan River,  Hin-ayan  River, Asisig  River  & Maliao  River.  The presence of this major rivers, the abundant ground water   and natural spring could be tapped and source for potable water supply.

II. Inland Resort Development

-     Barangay Sablogon  and  Brgy. Imbang Grande of this city is excellent for Eco-Tourism   Development.  Famous for its affluent springs    and   rain   forest, this area  could   be   developed   into  a  summer  resort like the Kawilihan Family Resort.   Passi  City has also several caves famous also for its natural springs.
